Please note that Kingscliff, located in New South Wales, will be operating under daylight savings time (Australian Eastern Daylight Time – EDT) for the duration of the conference. This means the time in New South Wales will be 1 hour ahead of the time in Queensland (Australian Eastern Standard Time – EST) – for example 3pm in Queensland is 4pm in New South Wales. Please ensure to factor this time difference into calculations when planning travel arrangements, especially flights from Brisbane or Gold Coast Airports.

Gold Coast Airport

The Gold Coast Airport is the closest domestic/international airport to Mantra on Salt Beach. Travel from the Airport to the conference venue can be arranged via taxi, Uber or hire car. Transfers can also be arranged via Tweed Coast & Country Limousines and Transfers. Please contact Robyn directly to negotiate options. Approximate costs for 1 to 3 passengers are $75pp (one-way) or for 4 to 13 passengers $25pp (one-way).

Varsity Lakes Station

If travelling via Brisbane Airport, a train is available to Varsity Lakes stations (southernmost stop). A 30 minute taxi or Uber ride would still be required from the station to Mantra on Salt Beach.
