Scientific programme

We invite biometricians/biostatisticans across the region and beyond to submit an abstract along the lines of the themes for a poster or talk. An abstract on other themes will also be considered. See more details on the Abstract submission link.

The scientific programme will be finalised after abstracts have been reviewed. We hope to have this ready sometime in early November 2013. Abstracts from the invited speakers will be uploaded soon.

A draft skeleton (PDF file) of the scientific and social programme has been drawn up to help us allocate time slots for the short courses, invited speaker sessions and the possible concurrent sessions for talks.

A poster session is also planned whereby speakers can present their posters in a relaxed and light-hearted session. A 2-minute presentation with NO OVERHEADS and NO MATERIALS - just your hands and body!
