On behalf of the Australasian Region of the International Biometric Society we invite you to join us for our biennial conference which will be held in Mandurah, Western Australia, from 1-5 December, 2013, at The Sebel Mandurah Hotel. Share your knowledge and trials and tribulations with other professional statisticians working in the biosciences, including agriculture, biomedical science and public health, bioinformatics, ecology, environmental sciences and forestry. Themes for the conference will be:

Generalized linear and additive models

The four-day conference, Monday 2 December to Thursday 5 December, will be preceded by two one-day short courses on Sunday 1 December:
