Key dates in 2011 pertaining to abstracts
| 1 June | Submission of abstracts opens |
| 31 August | Abstracts due - CLOSED on SUNDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 2011 (8pm PERTH TIME) |
| 30 September | Notification of acceptance of talks/posters |
| 14 October | Earlybird registration closes |
| 28 October | Registration deadline for presenters of talks/posters at conference |
Abstract submission is being handled by Atlas Conferences Inc. A sample abstract is available under View abstracts below. Please limit your abstract to 300 words.
Invited speakers will have 45 minutes plus question time. Contributed talks will have 15 minutes plus question time.
Poster presentations will be invited to give a 2 minute oral presentation in a special conference session. Suggested size for a poster is A0 maximum size with a minimum of 1 cm high for text and 2.5 cm high for titles.
